- 1. What are the shipping costs?
We’ve got you covered - we offer free shipping across India for all orders.
For all International orders, the shipping fee may vary according to the geographical location.
- 2. How do I return the product?
All items may be returned / exchanged within 15 days as long as the returned products are unused, unwashed.- Mail us at email@example.com with your details and we’ll get back to you.
- 3. How do I exchange the product?
We suggest that you return your original purchase for a full refund in store credit before ordering in a new size or color. To begin the process, you'll need a KNYA account. If you already have a KNYA account, navigate to your ‘My Returns’ page and choose ‘Return for Store Credit.’
If you don't have one, just click the ‘My Account’ link under the ‘LOGIN’ section in the top left-hand corner of our desktop homepage.
Once the return parcel has been processed, and your refund issued, you will receive a notification email. You can then reorder whenever is convenient.
- 4. Which payment method do you accept?
We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.
a. Online Payment via Credit or Debit: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro cards and American Express. You can also make payment through Net Banking and PayTm.
b. Cash on Delivery (COD): You can make the payment once the product reaches you. However, this service is available only within India.
- 5. I want to change information after the order is confirmed, what should I do?
If you have just made an order, please send our ninjas an email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we’ll try to modify your order. If it’s more than 3 hours since your purchase, it is likely that your order could have already been sent out. In this case, we can assist you to do a return.
- 6. You have charged me but I haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?
Oops, this shouldn’t have happened! Tell us your details including your order number and registered email address on email@example.com and we’ll make sure you get a confirmation within the next few hours/minutes.
- 7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel an order. If you have a KNYA account, click ‘Cancel Order’ on your ‘My Orders’ page before placing a new one. If you don’t see a link, our warehouse is likely packing up your shipment and cannot cancel or change it in any way.
If you don't have a KNYA account, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll do our best to update or cancel your order in time.
- 8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. There is no minimum quantity for international orders, however, there is a nominal charge based on the products and country we ship to. Please note, you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Customs Duty will be on actuals, and you will need to pay the Customs Duty at the time of accepting the order. We only ship out prepaid orders.
- 9. When can I expect my refund?
Please allow 10-12 working days for your refund. We’ll send an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
- 10. What if I received a damaged, defective or incorrect item?
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact email@example.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you.
